002. I've heard so many good things about the 30 Day Shred that I decided to take the plunge and do it. I already go to the gym 4 days a week but I would like a more immediate result. It's really frustrating for me to have lost so much weight since 2007 that I'm still having to buy formal dresses in my original size because of my breasticles; meaning that it's quite baggy everywhere else *sigh*. I've just finished Day 3 and by God I am hurting in places that I didn't even know existed! But I'm so motivated to do this that I am persevering! That dress shall be mine!
003. It's the Jubilee Weekend this weekend! Up here in Scotland we aren't so in the celebrating spirit! No bunting or street parties are far as I know. We'll just enjoy the very long weekend bestowed upon us and admire the British spirit via the BBC!
004. I'm looking forward to this week as I've made some awesome plans with friends and just can't wait to get out of this rut I've been in!
